Hi I’m Emma, a Yoga and Meditation Teacher in Worcestershire, England with a special interest in Women’s Wellness and living in rhythm with our cycles.
I am so happy you found me. Let me tell you a little about me…
I qualified as a Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher in 2018 with Soul Sanctuary Studios, Worcester, am a member of Yoga Alliance Global and a Graduate of Level 1 Poppy Perinatal Yoga. I teach slow flow Vinyasa and Yin yoga in my classes.
In 2020, I undertook further training to qualify as an externally accredited Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation. I am pleased to say that I passed with Distinction in April 2021. As a long term meditator I am so excited to bring this depth of practice to my teaching.
I have a special interest in Women’s Well-being, in how we can live more in alignment with our natural bio-rhythms and hormonal cycles to minimise stress and burnout.
I am currently studying for a certification in Women’s Holistic Health Coaching and a Diploma in Journal Therapy. Learning is my jam, if you hadn’t noticed.
I am a deep thinker, a strong feeler and an empath. I am a wife and mother of three. I understand burnout and anxiety better than I’d like to admit and found a sense of inner peace through yoga, meditation, journaling and self development.
I love to have down time with my family, spend time doing very little together and having a laugh. I adore reading, learning and generally nerding out in a bookshop. I picked up sewing and embroidery during lockdown last year and have recently begun learning to play acoustic guitar. My all time favourite hobby – napping. It’s like my superpower, I bloody love it.
