Hi I’m Emma,

I am so happy you found me. Let me tell you a little about me…

I am a deep thinker, a strong feeler and an empath. I am a wife and mother of three. I understand burnout and anxiety better than I’d like to admit and found a sense of inner peace through yoga, meditation, journaling and self development.

Part of this self development work led me understand how we can sync ourselves with our cycles. How we can maximise our energy when we work within our natural rhythms rather than pushing through to endurance.

I love meeting new people, I’m driven by connection and am fascinated by psychology, human behaviour, development and communication. I spent 12 years working in the NHS as a Speech & Language Therapist, prior to having my family. Being of service is in built.

I love to have down time with my family, spend time doing very little together and having a laugh. I adore reading, learning and generally nerding out in a bookshop. I picked up sewing and embroidery during lockdown last year and have recently begun learning to play acoustic guitar. My all time favourite hobby – napping. It’s like my superpower, I bloody love it.
