Learn to Meditate – 5 Week Course

The course will be hosted in the peaceful surroundings of St Richard’s Hospice, Worcester, where after class you will be able to support the hospice by visiting this rather incredible coffee shop!

Tuesdays 10 – 11am
Begins Tuesday 7th September *
(Attendance at all 5 sessions is required)

During this course, I will teach you the foundation skills that will unlock meditation and enable you to meditate regularly on your own at home, in a way that suits your lifestyle and helps you to manage your own health and well-being (alongside your existing health care team of course).

Meditation has been found to be beneficial to both the body and the mind. It is an excellent way to manage stress, boost a sense of wellbeing in the mind and relax the body. It can ease some of the symptoms of perimenopause, menstrual disorders, help with sleep and assist healing in the body.
