This Beginners Meditation course will teach you the foundation skills that will unlock meditation.
It will enable you to meditate regularly on your own at home, in a way that suits your lifestyle and helps you to manage your own health and well-being (alongside your existing health care team).

Meditation is proven to be beneficial to both the body and the mind and a great addition to a healthy lifestyle.

It is an excellent way to manage stress, boost a sense of well-being in the mind and body. There is evidence of a positive impact on many physical symptoms, as well as benefits for mental functioning, concentration, memory and creativity.
